1. The period of the license begins with the month of purchase and extends for an additional twelve months. The first game is unlocked on the month of purchase and an additional game is unlocked on the first day of each month there after until all the games are unlocked in months twelve. All the games remain unlocked for month thirteen. After this period the games will not be playable.

2. The license is for the use of the current version of the Bible Champions Games with the list of game stories shown below.

3. The license allows you to:
a. Use the Games on your church computers.
b. Distribute the Games to all households with a K-6 child that is a regular member of your church and visitors to your Sunday school program, capped at a maximum estimate, which you provide to us. The cap is the number of families in your church that have a K-6 child plus another 50% to cover visitors. If for any reason, your church grows and you need to increase this number, simply contact us and we will increase your cap. We use the cap to ensure that your code is not being abused outside of your church. All households that receive the Game must register it online before it can be used. This online registration also helps us to ensure that the code is not being abused outside of your church.

4. Your church will receive one master CD via mail that can be used to install the Games on your church computers. This church master CD does not require any online registration (to accommodate your computers that may not be connected to the Internet). This master CD cannot be copied or distributed in any fashion. If for some reason your church master CD is lost or damaged, simply contact us and we will mail you another master for $3.00 (to cover material and shipping expenses).

5. We will set up an online account to assist you in distributing the game to your children and in promoting its use. This account will also allow you to specify the way families receive the Games. You can specify that the Games be unlocked one per month (as described in item #1 above), all at once, or through the use of an access code you distribute from your website (requiring families to visit your web site once per month in order to enjoy their next game). The online account will also give you and your families access to the download version of the Game that is intended for at home use.

6. You can distribute the game to your families in two ways:
a. Downloading the at home version of the Game from your account and then making copies to CD's to give to your families, and/or
b. Giving your families the Kids/Parent Handout, which includes the download link and access code for the at home version of the Game.

7. Use of the Games expires after the license period ends
